Kumscore places great importance on protecting the data and privacy of its customers and the users of its website, and in line with this, the following privacy policy has been drawn up.

Data Retention Period

Kumscore will retain personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes, as described in this Privacy Policy under article III.

If a longer retention period is justified by law or by compliance with another legal obligation, Kumscore may retain the data for a longer period.

In any case, the retention period will not exceed 7 years.

Data Security

Kumscore takes the protection of personal data seriously and takes all appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, and unauthorized access. It strives to continue taking appropriate measures in the future, considering the state of technology, the implementation costs, the context, the processing purposes, and the possible risks to the involved rights.

The Kumscore website is secured by an SSL certificate.

Sharing Data with Third Parties

Kumscore will not disclose personal data to third parties unless necessary in the context of providing the services and optimizing them (such as, but not limited to, administration, payment processing, etc.).

Kumscore guarantees the security of data by its employees, agents, and subcontractors. This means that employees, agents, and subcontractors of Kumscore are bound by confidentiality, and only those for whom it is necessary for the performance of the contract have access to your personal data. They are contractually bound to properly process the aforementioned data.

If it is necessary for Kumscore to disclose your personal data to third parties in this context, the third party is obligated to use the personal data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is possible that Kumscore may disclose personal data to the competent authorities (1) when Kumscore is required to do so by law or in the context of judicial or future judicial proceedings and/or (2) to safeguard and defend its rights.

Under no circumstances will Kumscore sell your personal data to third parties.
